hbaee Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hbaee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all products, services, games, and promotional features available at hbaee.ws. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the platform. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use hbaee.

hbaee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users. Your continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 1. Eligibility

Use of hbaee is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Failure to satisfy any of these conditions at any time will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without liability to hbaee:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hbaee may require documentary proof of age at any point during your account lifecycle.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one account on hbaee. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without notice.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current and complete information during registration and keep it updated. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Personal Use Only: You must only use hbaee for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Operating accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hbaee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hbaee supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available at the platform's discretion. hbaee does not accept third-party payments — the name on your payment method must match the name registered on your hbaee account.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your hbaee account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. hbaee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider's own transaction fees (if any) remain your responsibility. All deposits are subject to applicable anti-money-laundering checks.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-72 hours, subject to volume and verification status.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 4 for full bonus terms.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

hbaee is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to defraud hbaee or other players.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. All such plays are void and winnings forfeited.
• Engaging in any money-laundering activity or using hbaee as a conduit for any transaction not genuinely connected to online gaming entertainment.
• Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or shared device.

hbaee employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Any account flagged by these systems will be subject to manual review. hbaee's determination in matters of prohibited conduct is final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on hbaee — including but not limited to the hbaee brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hbaee or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from hbaee without our prior written consent.

All game content streamed or displayed through hbaee is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in those games remain with their respective owners. hbaee does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

9. Amendments and Governing Law

hbaee reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where we consider a change to be material, we will provide advance notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of hbaee following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of hbaee.
